Delivery attempt

The courier will make a first delivery attempt, and if you are not at home they will leave a notice in the mailbox, if they have access to it. After this first attempt, DHL will contact you to schedule another delivery. If you are not contacted by the transport company, please email us at [email protected], so that we can provide you with their contact information.

Order tracking

You can follow the tracking of your shipment through the link you'll find in the confirmation email sent by DHL that you’ll receive as soon as they collect your order from our logistic centre.

Can I choose the time slot to receive my order?

You can write the time slot in which you prefer to receive your order (morning or afternoon), by leaving a message for the courier in the space provided before completing your purchase. DHL will make every effort to deliver at the specified time, however we cannot guarantee it, as this will depend on the route they will follow on that day.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please check you have entered the right address before completing your order, but in case you realise you have entered the wrong one, please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected]. If your order has already left our logistics centre, the change of address will generate an additional cost and longer shipping time.

How do I return it?

Send an email to [email protected], with your order details and a picture of what you wish to return, or attach the form you find here fully completed. Our Customer Love Team will be happy to explain you how to proceed. Please note that we do not accept returns of products that are open, used or do not retain their original packaging.

Right of withdrawal:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days from the day you received the products. In this case, you will have to pay the shipping costs resulting from the return, with the exception of the Real Soul Organic Fragrance which can be returned for free. Please note that we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used or do not retain their original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will check that everything is correct and contact you to confirm the refund processing. In such cases, within 30 days we will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) (including any initial shipping costs). The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of ordering.

We will not refund the payment in the following cases:

- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

- Products not purchased on Freshly website.

- Used products whose packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.

Product warranty in case of default or not matching purchase reference

If this happens, we will take charge of the whole process very easily and without any cost to you. Send an email to [email protected] with the order details so that we can solve it quickly.

Once we receive the returned products, we will check them through a quality control.

If the quality control confirms the non conformity or defects of the returned product, we will contact you to confirm the handling of the refund. In these cases, within a maximum of 14 days we will refund you all costs incurred: the amount paid for the product(s) to be returned, any initial shipping costs and those generated by the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of the order.

If after quality control, no non conformity or defect is detected, we will refund the price of the product plus the initial shipping costs, but not the return costs.


- If you like to cancel your order you should inform us as soon as possible through our chat or sending us an email to [email protected].

- If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and refund the full amount of the purchase.

- If your order is already processed or has been sent, you have to follow the return process.
