Ascorbyl Palmitate

Ascorbyl Palmitate is produced from Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) and palmitic acid, a fatty acid obtained from vegetable fats and oils. Its excellent antioxidant and antiradical properties protects the skin from oxidative processes. It is used to slow down the skin aging, as it promotes the synthesis of collagen and ceramides.
