Extraction: açaí sterols are obtained from the cold-pressed oil of this superfruit. It is originally from northern South America, and belongs to the Arecaceae family. Its fruit is highly valued for its high nutritional properties.

Benefits: it is rich in fatty acids, such as oleic or linoleic acids. They increase the formation of skin barrier and improve its hydration.
