Does Freshly Cosmetics accept product returns?
Yes, of course! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 30 natural days from the date of delivery. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in full, in the original form of payment.
Have you changed your mind about your order? You can return it!
If you changed your mind about your order or had a mishap doing it, don't worry! You can return products that need to be in the same condition in which you received them, that is closed and in their original packaging. Remember that if it's a pack, you can't return just some of the products, but the whole pack. If it is your decision to return the products, you will have to pay the shipping costs of the return. For orders placed from 23rd November 2020 to 4th January 2021, the return period is extended to 7th February 2021.
As soon as we receive your products, we will check their condition and contact you to proceed with the refund. Freshly Cosmetics will refund you the full amount of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order.
