Does Freshly Cosmetics accept product returns?

Of course yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the products during the next 14 natural days since the moment you received the order. You can perform the return of the products you decide and we will refund you the corresponding amount.

For that, we kindly ask you to notify it via email to the following address, support@freshlycosmetics.com In that e-mail the necessary data to identify the order must be provided. Afterwards, we will give you the details to proceed with the return.

In case the return cannot be related to a Freshly Cosmetics action (e.g. customer change of opinion, or customer wrong product selection during the shopping time) it will be responsibility of the client to return the products to Freshly Cosmetics in the same condition as they were delivered. Once the products are received in the Freshly Cosmetics warehouse, the refunding will be issued. The amount corresponding to the shipping will not be refunded; likewise the client shall assume the product return direct costs.

In case the return can be related to a Freshly Cosmetics action (e.g. product defect) Freshly Cosmetics will assume the picking of the products and the replacement of them as well as all the corresponding shipping costs. How to return a product? The return process step by step

1-Comunicating a return event

Fill the return form, you can download it HERE. It is important to compliment it properly specifying the return type. Then, send the form via mail to support@freshlycosmetics.com. You will receive a response from the Freshly Cosmetics team. Please, do not continue with the return until you get your request answered.

2-Preparing the package for return

The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, including the packaging, the original label and the box. Add in the package the return form properly filled.

3-Shipping
