Does Freshly Cosmetics accept product returns?
Yes, of course! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 14 natural days from the date of delivery. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in full, in the original form of payment.
To claim a refund, we kindly ask you to email [email protected] stating in the email your desire for a refund and providing the data necessary to identify your order. Once received, we will give you the details to proceed with the return.
In the event that the return is not related to an action taken by Freshly Cosmetics (e.g. customer change of opinion or customer’s wrong product selection), it will be the client’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Once the product(s) have been received in the Freshly Cosmetics warehouse, the refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping which shall be the responsibility of the client. Likewise, the client shall assume any direct costs associated with the products’ return.
In the event that the return is related to a default associated with Freshly Cosmetics (e.g. product defect), Freshly Cosmetics will assume responsibility for picking up the item(s) and any costs associated with their shipping. 1- Requesting a return
Fill in the return form, you can download it HERE. It is important to fill in all the pertinent information and to specify the return type. Please send the return form to [email protected]. You will receive a response from the Freshly Cosmetics team. Please do not proceed with the return process until the Freshly Cosmetics team has answered your request.
2- Preparing the package for return
The product must be in the same condition, with the original packaging, box and label. Please include the properly completed return form when sending the package.
