  3. Reapply frequently, at least every 2 hours (especially after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying).

TIP! Besides protecting your skin from radiation with SPF 50+ sunscreen, wear hats, sunglasses, and clothes. Remember, babies and young children should avoid direct sun exposure, especially during the most intense hours, between 12 and 4 pm.
