How can I use it?

Shake well to mix its natural ingredients.
Apply generously before sun exposure. Put a generous amount of product on the palm of your hand and spread the it evenly over both hands. Then, spread it on your skin.
Reapply frequently, at least every 2 hours (especially after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying).

TIP! Besides protecting your skin from radiation with SPF 50+ sunscreen, wear hats, sunglasses, and clothes. Remember, babies and young children should avoid direct sun exposure, especially during the most intense hours, between 12 and 4 pm.
