Sourcing: It’s a 100% active vegetable polyester derived from 1,3 propanediol and dimer dilinoleic acid. Linoleic acid is the main component in many vegetable oils such as argan oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, olive oil and rapeseed oil.

Benefits: Propanediol and dilinoleic acid have binding properties and give products a glossy appearance. What’s more, it has an emollient effect and is a viscosity-controlling agent.

Extraction: esters of plant-derived origin 100% biodegradable.

Benefits: It is an emulsifying agent that improves pigment dispersion in natural formulations and provides a softening effect.

Extraction: sunflower oil is obtained from Helianthus Annus sunflower seeds.

ACEITE DE ALBARICOQUE

Obtaining: Oil extracted from the apricot kernel, a tree that grows mainly in Central Asia and the Mediterranean coast.

Benefits: Apricot oil easily penetrates the skin and is quickly absorbed without leaving any shine or greasy residue. It contains omega 6, omega 9, and oleic acid, which improve the appearance of the skin by providing softness and hydration. It strengthens the skin barrier and has high antioxidant power that prevents aging and premature damage caused by free radicals. It also has anti-inflammatory, soothing, and regenerating properties. It helps to improve skin tone, nourish it, and visibly reduce signs of aging.

Benefits: it is the most powerful antioxidant that exists in nature. It has antioxidant power 1,000 times stronger than that of Coenzyme Q10 and 65 times stronger than Vitamin C. This carotenoid is used for repairing skin damage and to prevent premature ageing. It is a natural anti-inflammatory, promotes hydration and protects against solar radiation.

Extraction: safflower is a herbaceous plant of the Asteraceae family. The oil obtained from the cold pressing of its seeds is used as food and natural colouring.

Benefits: it contains a high concentration of linoleic acid and vitamin K, which help to treat irritated or tired skin. It is a dry oil, which penetrates quickly into the skin, hydrating it without greasing it.

Extraction: tocopherol or vitamin E, is naturally found in vegetable fats and oils, cereals, nuts and green and yellow leafy vegetables.
