In order to maximize the benefits of the rest of your skincare and moisturising products, you should use a facial toner right after your cleansing routine.
Toner is neither a cleanser nor a make-up remover, but helps to remove impurities and bacteria that build up on the skin, which may remain after cleansing. By purifying, toning and restoring normal pH, toner also helps the skin prepare for subsequent treatments. It also keeps skin hydrated and smooth for longer, and controls sebaceous secretion, a staple of the daily cleansing routine.
By dabbing the product on with a cotton pad or cloth, we ensure that no excess product is left on the face, so we don't have to rinse it off afterwards.
In terms of their functions, they differ. Fresh Green Micellar Water is used to remove make-up and cleanse your skin, while Lime Purifying helps to refresh, moisturize, purify, and balance the pH of your skin.
For best results, you should apply the Micellar Water first, followed by the Facial Toner.
