Brush your hair before applying the pre-shampoo to remove tangles and help it spread more evenly.

Apply the product to previously dampened hair, distributing it evenly from the scalp to the ends, and leave it on for 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how damaged your hair is.

Then rinse the product out and wash your hair as usual with your shampoo. We recommend a gentle one that is free from sulphates and silicones.

After shampooing, apply the mask to damp hair, from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Use 2 to 3 times a week.
