Does Freshly Cosmetics accept product returns? You can return it! 

If you changed your mind about your order or had a mishap doing it, don't worry! You can return products within 60 days. They have to be in the same condition in which you received them, that is closed and in their original packaging. Remember that if it's a pack, you can't return just some of the products, but the whole pack.  The return will always be free of charge, except for the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom, where customs duties apply. 

As soon as we receive your products, we will check their condition and contact you to proceed with the refund. In order for us to manage it, please email us at or fill in this form with all the details of your order, and we will tell you how to proceed.


Have you changed your mind about your order?

1. If you don’t have a customer account or if you wish to make an exchange, please fill in this form or write to explaining which products you wish to return or exchange, the reason for the return and whether the products have been opened. The Customer Love team will be happy to help and advise you.

2. In response to your request, Freshly will provide you with a list of nearby drop-off points where you can leave your parcel.

3. Once you have chosen a drop-off point, you will receive a returns slip by email, which you should print and paste onto your order.

4. When we receive the returned products, we will check their condition and contact you to arrange a refund. Freshly Cosmetics will refund the full amount of the products received.


What happens if the product is defective or does not match the description?

Full warranty! We will take charge of the whole process in a very easy way and without any cost for you so that you continue loving us very much.

*The first 5 returns per year will be free of charge, thereafter there will be a charge of €4.90 which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
