We will send the shipping confirmation for your order via email, and you will receive an SMS from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order before 1:00 PM on a business day, it will be prepared on the same day. Outside these hours, on weekends, or holidays, shipments are processed on the next business day.
What should I do if I'm not present at my address on the day of delivery?
A first delivery attempt will be made, and if you're not present at that time, the delivery carrier in your area will try to contact you to schedule a second attempt. If you're also absent during the second attempt, the order will remain at the local depot for you to pick up. If, for some reason, they can't reach you to schedule the delivery, you can write to us at [email protected], and we can provide contact information or assist with what's needed.
What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?
If you notice that any information is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected]. Keep in mind that if your order has already left our logistics center, this process may add an additional delay of 24 to 48 hours to the delivery. Don't forget to double-check all fields carefully!
Can I request delivery to a pickup point?
Absolutely! We offer the option of delivery to InPost pickup points. Before finalizing your order, simply choose the "pickup point" delivery option and select the most convenient pickup location.
The logistics company will notify you via SMS when your order is ready for pickup at the designated point.
Additionally, if you are in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Sevilla, Gijón, Pamplona, Tarragona, Reus, Santander, Granada, Bilbao, Donostia, Mallorca, you can also pick up your order at our Freshly Stores! Just select this option when placing your order, and we will notify you when it's ready for pickup.
Holidays
Days our logistics center is closed for the year 2024. On these days, orders are not processed and will be delayed to the next business day.
